Centre for Management and Economic
Research (CMER) is a research
centre of the Lahore University
of Management Sciences, which
was founded in 1992 with initial
funding from CIDA through the
LUMS-McGill Linkage Project.
The mission of CMER is to stimulate,
coordinate, and conduct research
on major management and economic
issues facing Pakistan and the
region as well as indicate directions
that can be followed profitably
